Exchange & Return Policy

At Sai Madhukriti, we strive to provide you with beautiful, high-quality jewellery that you’ll love. However, we understand that sometimes things don’t work out as expected. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer the following exchange and return policy:

1. Returns

We accept returns on non-customized jewellery items within 14 days from the date of delivery. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a full refund (excluding shipping costs).

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

• The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.
• The item must be returned in the original packaging.
• You must contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to initiate the return process.

To return an item, please email us at www.saimadhukriti.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We will provide you with the return address and further instructions.

2. Exchanges

We offer exchanges on non-customized jewellery items within 14 days from the date of delivery. If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, colour, or design, please follow the return process above, and we will send you the new item once we receive the returned piece.

The exchange item will be shipped to you free of charge. You are responsible for the cost of shipping the original item back to us.

3. Custom Orders

Due to the personalized nature of custom or made-to-order jewellery, we do not accept returns or exchanges on these items. However, if there is an issue with your custom order, please contact us, and we will work with you to resolve it.

4. Refund Process

Once we receive the returned item and confirm its condition, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.

Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable, and the customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or damaged during transit.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at www.saimadhukriti.com within 7 days of receiving the product. We will arrange for a return and issue a full refund or send a replacement, depending on your preference.
